In 2017, Forged In Faith Oak Ministries was established as a Nebraska non-profit corporation.  By February 2018, the ministry received notice that they had been granted 501(c)3 status by the IRS.  Forged In Faith Oak Ministries is governed by a board of directors consisting of five individuals; Jodi Sell-Grove, Jason Grove, Steve Dodson, Deb Dodson, and Dawn Skibinski.   These individuals also serve as the 'core team' for Forged In Faith Oak Ministries.  They hold the vision, walk out the mission daily and serve with all retreat lead teams.  All praise and glory is given to God as He continues to provide accelerated wonders.

At Forged In Faith Oak Ministries we are called by Christ to serve others with the intent of sharing the truth through grace, encourage wholeness through relationship with Jesus and stand in faith through His word.  Walking in the mission of UNITING to KNOW Jesus Christ, we provide opportunities for others to heal while not stifling God’s creativity on what that should look like.  These opportunities include retreats/events for women, men, youth, families, and organizations.

In our vision to share truth through grace, encourage wholeness through relationship with Jesus, and stand in faith through His Word we focus completely on Uniting to Know Jesus Christ.... in. everything. we. do.  God continues to prepare our core team and the other individuals He calls to be a part of the retreat lead teams in His timing.  
​We recognize that God pulls together what we call 'intimate tens' to lead the designing  of each retreat.  These intimate tens are a small team made up of ten or less individuals who are committed to meet at least one time a month solely for the purpose of focusing on Jesus in His Word, prayer, and worship.  We have discovered that as we unite with others we are led through a process that is found in Ephesians 4:11-16.​
  1. Remember where we came from/what we were BEFORE we accepted Jesus as our Savior.  Ephesians 4:11-12
  2. Remember HOW we became ALIVE & ACCEPTED as a child of the King.  Ephesians 4:13-15
  3. TOGETHER we are ONE - the division is gone - we are ONE church BECAUSE of Jesus Christ.  Ephesians 4:16

Forged In Faith Oak Ministries Building

FIFOM Offices & Oaks of Righteousness Conference Center
The Forged In Faith Oak Ministries team was able to move into the offices in February of 2021.  Office hours are M/T/Th 9 am - 4 pm.  Also apart of the FIFOM building is the Oaks of Righteousness Conference Center that includes handicap accessible restrooms, media and sound system, and a warming kitchen.  The conference center is available to rent and has the honor of renting it out for local athletic banquets and it is already scheduled for upcoming graduation receptions and engagement receptions.
